Dear attendee / colleague,

Welcome to the 18th biennial meeting of the International Neuro-Ophthalmology Society (INOS) that will be held from June 15 (Tuesday) to June 18 (Friday) 2010, in Lyon, France!
This is a coming back in France since the very first INOS meeting took place in La Napoule in 1976, thanks to a few pioneers.
The meeting venue will be the “Cité Centre des Congrès”, which is a modern congress center beautifully settled in north part of the city, between the Rhône river and the “Tête d’Or” park.
Lyon is the second sized french city, and is developed around a UNESCO classified old town, rich from two thousand years history. Moreover, the historical “capitale des Gaules” has now become a “capitale de la gastronomie”!

INOS meetings are traditionally a unique opportunity for all around the world health professionals and scientists involved in the neuro-ophthalmology domain to meet, share experience and improve theoretical as well as practical knowledge, in a friendly spirit.

We are excited to host this meeting and our objective is to make your coming to Lyon memorable from both the outstanding scientific program and recreational opportunities.
Scientific program includes 10 thematic sessions featuring hot topics lectures by invited international experts and oral communications, poster presentations, and sponsored satellite symposia.
Clinical and scientific contributions are welcome!

The INOS meeting will be followed on June 18 evening and June 19 by the “Journée Francophone de Neuro-Ophtalmologie”, an international French-speaking meeting, (endorsed by the “Club de Neuro-Ophtalmologie Francophone”) featuring highlights of the INOS meeting and lectures.

It is our commitment to make your stay most enjoyable!

On behalf of the local Organizing Committee, of the Scientific Committee and of the INOS Council Members, we look forward to seeing you in Lyon!
